Q:  How can I tell if the HKS Products I purchased are authentic?

A. Potential HKS customers should be forewarned that some of the products advertised and sold thru online retailers and popular online auction sites may not be authentic HKS products.

The only way to insure that the HKS product that you plan to purchase is authentic is to purchase from our HKS Authorized dealer network.

Q: I purchased a genuine HKS product through an online auction, is it covered under the HKS warranty?

A: HKS warranty is administered through authorized HKS USA dealers only. Products purchased through online auctions must be returned to the seller and then through the Authorized HKS Dealer from which it was purchased in order to be considered for warranty.

Q: I purchased a genuine HKS product from an internet retailer in another country, is it still covered under the HKS warranty?

A: Genuine HKS products purchased thru retailers outside of Authorized HKS USA Dealers must be returned to the retailer in the country from which it was purchased. HKS USA does not process warranty claims and does not offer technical support for any products purchased outside of Authorized HKS USA Dealers. All HKS products carry a limited warranty; information is included in the packaging.

Q: I think I purchased a replica/fake HKS product, what do I do now?

A: If you unknowingly purchased a counterfeit HKS product, you should contact the seller or store for a full refund. You may want to also consider calling your local law enforcement to file a compliant or report.
