Compared to the previous turbochargers in the HKS lineup, the GT TURBINE SERIES can provide massive charging air flow despite the small diameter of both compressor/turbo wheels.
The turbo housing is an HKS original exclusive design.
The compressor housing is treated with a special highly durable matte black coating、preventing aluminum corrosion due to age-related deterioration.
The GTIII-5R and 4R designed machined aluminum ported shroud with the combined bell mouth and T51R type recirculation channel have been adopted to provide anti-surging and smooth air intake flow. With the exterior design in mind, the champagne gold anodized finish of the aluminum ported shroud improves the aesthetic appeal of the engine compartment.
